Let’s get an early jump in 2025. We will be renting two next door homes via AIRBNB on the island of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The homes are centrally located in the Condado Beach area just a couple of blocks from the beach. Plan for arrival on Thursday, January 16 and departure on Monday January 20th. PAYMENT

Total for each of the Queen/King bedrooms is $1100 for the four nights. Bedroom 11 (A+B) with two twins is $750 PER BED. The bedrooms will be booked on a first deposit basis. Initial Deposit of $500 is due on September 15th. Final payment ($600) is due on November 1. Refunds can be issued prior to November 1. Any funds held after November 1 are paid to the rental owner according to the contract and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should we not get all rooms booked, the remaining balance will have to be spread among the attendees or we can decide to cancel before Nov 1. Feel free to Zelle me the cash deposit at 917-991-5415.
